How long does my order take to ship?

All ready-to-ship handbags will be carefully packaged and shipped within one week of purchase. For custom orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for creation and shipping. Each piece is handcrafted with love and attention to detail, ensuring a unique and high-quality product.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not at this time.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. For orders over $200, a signature may be required upon delivery unless you opt out of this service. Please note that if you choose to waive the signature requirement and your package is lost or stolen, we cannot be held responsible.

What is your return policy? 

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. We offer a 2-week return policy for all ready-to-ship items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, new condition with all tags attached. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and determine if a refund will be issued.
